Tragic: Elderly woman dies after her bed catches fire
Her family took her to a hospital but she succumbed to her injuries
FAISALABAD:
An elderly woman died on Monday after her bed caught fire in a Ghulam Muhammad Abad police precinct. A police spokesperson said Majidan Bibi, 70, a resident of Sunehri Chowk was in her bed when her children lit a fire to boil water. The fire spread to her bed and she was badly burned. Her family took her to a hospital but she succumbed to her injuries.
