Violation of ban: 11 caterers granted bail
Their counsel submitted that they had been implicated in a false case
LAHORE:
A judicial magistrate granted bail on Sunday to 11 workers of a catering company accused of cooking late at night for wedding meals. Nawab Town, Ghalib Market, Sattukatla and Factory Area police had produced the suspects before the court which granted them bail against surety bonds of Rs30,000 each. Their counsel submitted that they had been implicated in a false case. Police said they had been arrested for violating a ban on wedding that went on late at night.
