PSL draft: Azhar drafted by Lahore as Ajmal, Razzaq enter Supplementary list
Today, all teams will look to pick a minimum of seven players; five from silver category and two from emerging players category.
PSL draft: Younus unpicked, Karachi bag Amir as Afridi joins Peshawar
The most surprising non-selection of day one and two was when Pakistan World T20 winning captain Younus Khan was not selected by any team.
Pakistan ODI captain Azhar Ali was able to get a position in Lahore after being drafted from Silver category. He was initially drafted in the Diamond category.
Meanwhile, Asad Shafiq was Quetta's second pick from the Silver category of players.
Saeed Ajmal, Pakistan's ace off-spinner before being banned for an illegal bowling action, could only make it into the Islamabad squad as a Supplementary player. Fawad Alam, the left-hand run-machine, was also drafted as a Supplementary player by Karachi Kings.
Broadcasting Rights: Directive sought on fresh PSL bidding
Abdul Razzaq, once the most reliable all-rounder in the Pakistan team, also made it into the Supplementary list for Lahore, with opening batsman Mukhtar Ahmed and right-arm medium pacer Ehsan Adil.
Pakistan T20 captain Shahid Afridi was picked by Peshawar Zalmi. Karachi Kings bagged Pakistan all-rounder Shoaib Malik. Islamabad United brought Shane Watson in as their iconic player. Quetta Gladiators chose Kevin Pietersen while Lahore Qalandars were left with the choice of Chris Gayle as their iconic player.

Lahore select 19-year-old right-hand batsman Imran Butt as their last Supplementary player.
The 22-year-old left-hand batsman Umar Siddiq is Islamabad's last pick as a Supplementary player.
Peshawar Zalmi pick 25-year-old left-hand batsman Israrullah as their third Supplementary player. They have the first pick in the fourth round and they select left-arm pacer Taj Wali as their last Supplementary player.
Islamabad bring in Hussain Talat from Lahore in their team. He is a left-handed batsman and is only 19-years-old.
So Quetta pick Ramiz Raja, the junior one, as their third Supplementary players and they have exhausted their budget of $1.1 million as well.
Lahore pick Ehsan Adil as their third Supplementary player.
Karachi have selected Shahzeb Hasan as their second Supplementary player. Karachi have the first go in the next round and they have picked up Fawad Alam.
Peshawar pick Brad Hodge as their second Supplementary player.
Islamabad pick Pakistan off-spin magician Saeed Ajmal as their Supplementary player.
Aizaz Cheema has been picked by Quetta as Supplementary player.

Lahore Qalandars now... and they have picked Pakistan veteran all-rounder Abdul Razzaq in the Supplementary round.
Peshawar Zalmi add Muhammad Asghar to their final 16-man squad. He has taken 40 wickets in nine matches in first-class cricket in Pakistan.
So the first pick in the Supplementary round will be done by Quetta. And finally someone picked Sri Lankan veteran Kumar Sangakkara. But he has been picked as a supplementary player.

Lahore with the last selection from the Emerging players category... The 34-year-old Adnan Rasool completes the 16-man squad. He is an off-break bowler with 150 wickets from 44 first-class matches.
Quetta select a wicketkeeper-batsman Bismillah Khan to complete their 16-man line-up. He has 2235 runs from 49 first-class matches at an average of 27.93. He has two centuries and 14 half-tons to his name as well. In T20s, he has scored four fifties in 32 matches.
Peshawar Zalmi are next... The 21-year-old Hassan Ali completes the team as the second player from the Emerging category. He is a right-arm medium fast-bowler. He has 92 wickets from 20 first-class matches, quite impressive!
The 20-year-old Saifullah Bangash, the wicketkeeper-batsman from Karachi has been picked by his home team.
Islamabad is up next... Amad Butt is the second player for them from the Emerging category. The first 16-man team is complete!
Naveed Yasin has been picked by Lahore as their first Emerging category player.
Quetta Gladiators pick Akbarur Rahman as their first player from the Emerging category. He is an all-rounder; right-hand batsman and right-hand medium pacer.
Peshawar have picked Musadiq Ahmed Ali. He has played for Peshawar Panthers in the Pakistan domestic circuit.
Karachi Kings have selected left-arm medium pacer Mir Hamza as their first player from the Emerging category. He has 143 wickets in 31 first-class matches. His T20 record states nine wickets in only eight matches.
Islamabad United get the first pick and they have picked Ruman Raees as their first player from the Emerging category. The left-arm medium fast-bowler has 113 wickets in 38 first-class matches. In T20s, he has 42 wickets in 36 matches.

Islamabad United pick Umar Amin. Finally someone has picked the man who was once touted as the next Pakistan skipper.

Fourth round of picking from the Silver category starts. Lahore have selected Zohaib Khan. He is a veteran of Pakistan's domestic scene.
Peshawar Zalmi pick Imran Khan Jr. The dibbly dobbly bowler who has amaze the batsman with his extra-slow deliveries.
Islamabad have picked Kamran Gulam in the third round. He plays for Abbottabad and has bagged 15 wicket in 11 Twenty20s. He has scored 118 runs in 11 T20s at an average of 23.60.
Quetta pick Muhammad Nawaz who belong to Rawalpindi. He is an average pick. He has scored 1257 runs in 24 matches while he has bagged eight wickets from 25 matches. He recently represented Pakistan A against England Lions.
Lahore have selected Ziaul Haq as their third pick from the Silver category. He has 127 wickets in 37 first-class matches.
Karachi Kings select Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim as their third pick from the Silver category.

Lahore with the last pick in round one from the Silver category... Zafar Gohar it is. A left-arm spinner. Team focusing on spin as it will help a lot in the UAE.
Quetta with the fourth pick of the day and it Bilal Asif, the off-spinner who was touted to replace Saeed Ajmal at the helm.
Peshawar Zalmi is up next... Aamer Yamin, the fast-bowling all-rounder it is. He is the only Pakistani to pick a wicket on the first ball on his debut.
Karachi Kings with the second pick of the day from the Silver Category. They have a long list of all-rounders. They will be going for specialists today. Spinner and batsman Iftikhar Ahmed from Peshawar.
