A new poll indicates that nearly a third of Republican voters in the United States would support bombing the Sultanate of Agrabah, the fictional homeland of Disney’s Aladdin. As in, it's not even real.
The results highlight an increasing anti-Islam sentiment among a large number of people in the US.

The survey, conducted by Public Policy Polling, revealed that 30% of Republicans and 19% of Democrats would support bombing the fictitious state of Agrabah.
However, Aladdin's home-country did get support from 13% of Republican primary voters who opposed the alleged bombing as well as 36% of Democrats who were also in opposition of the suggestion.
Another recent poll revealed that Republican voters in the US state of Iowa think Islam should be illegal.

The survey showed only 49% of Republicans think Islam should be legal in the US with 30% saying it shouldn’t be, while 21% were not sure.
Polling firm Public Policy Polling is known for asking Republicans loaded questions in its surveys. Based in North Carolina, the company has conducted polls on conspiracy theories, such as whether aliens exist and whether voters believe in Bigfoot.
