A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday issued notices to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and police on a bail petition filed by a pilot of a private airline accused of flying the plane under the influence of liquor. The bench sought replies from the Prosecution Department within two weeks. The counsel for Asmat Mahmood denied that he had been flying the plane while drunk.
