Suspension Of Civil Judges: SHC appoints new inquiry officer
The inquiry report shall be forwarded within 15 days of the conclusion of proceedings
KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court registrar announced on Monday that Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui has been appointed as inquiry officer to conduct an inquiry under the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline Rules) 1973 against civil judge and judicial magistrate Maula Bux Solangi, who was suspended on the charges of misconduct. The inquiry report shall be forwarded within 15 days of the conclusion of proceedings. Furthermore, District South civil judge and judicial magistrate Muhammad Afzal Roshan has also been suspended on charges of misconduct. He has been directed to report to the high court immediately.
