Polling will be held in seven union councils of Dera Ghazi Khan district on December 17. Earlier, polling was postponed in these areas due to misprinting of ballot papers and for other reasons. The areas where polling will be held on 17th are: Union Council 1 Kotani, Union Council 4 Kaluwala, Union Council 21 Jhok Bodo, Union Council 22 Larda, Union Council 57 Paaiga Chak 3, Union Council 60 Aali and Union Council 93 Barthi. In Union Council 60, the election was postponed after ballot papers were found misprinted. In six other union councils, unidentified people had snatched bags containing ballot papers and fled with them. An ECP spokesman said preparations for the election were underway.
