HYDERABAD: After Karachi, bomb-proof exterior walls are being constructed around the central prisons in Hyderabad and Sukkur. Closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras and jammers are also part of the project, according to Karachi Jails DIG Ashraf Ali Nizamani.
