KARACHI: Thank you for your story of April 27 titled “1,500 oil tankers being ‘driven’ out of city” on how tankers are wrecking parts of Karachi. I am a resident of an apartment building in Karachi which is situated close to the area where the tankers are parked. This area should be one of the best places to live in but the oil tankers have wrecked our environment and peace of mind. I hope someone in the Sindh government reads this report and forces their proprietors to take them out of the city.
