Benazir Assassination : Case adjourned till December 14
All suspects including former DIG Saud Aziz, SP Khurram Shahzad were present in the court on Monday
RAWALPINDI:
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday adjourned the Benazir Bhutto assassination case till December 14. The court has also reissued summons for inspector Tariq Ilyas, a witness in the case, after he failed to appear before the court on Monday. All suspects including former DIG Saud Aziz, SP Khurram Shahzad were present in the court on Monday. The court has also directed the Rawalpindi district coordination officer to complete arrangements for cross-examination of Mark Siegel on January 20, who is a witness in the case.
