Fatality: Sand collapse kills one girl

HYDERABAD: Sand collapse in a village of Tharparkar killed one girl and left two others injured with severe breathing complication. The girls were digging sand from a ditch in Koral village, Diplo taluka, for construction purpose. The Thakur family did not disclose the name of the deceased girl, who was said to be 14 years old. The injured girls, who were elder than the deceased, were shifted to Mithi taluka hospital.
