In solidarity: MQM suspends LG campaign on Chehlum
The party will resume its activity after 8pm with the campaign deadline ending on Friday

On the occasion of Hazrat Imam Hussain's (RA) Chehlum, the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will suspend its election campaign today (Thursday) till 8pm. In a press statement, the party announced that it would suspend its political activities to mark of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) and his companions. The party will resume its activity after 8pm with the campaign deadline ending on Friday.
