Four people including two policemen suffered injuries in a cracker attack on Din News office near Cavalry Bridge on Tuesday.
SP Model Town Captain (retd) Mustansir Feroz said two unidentified motorcyclists hit a cracker on the media house office and fled from the scene.
The attackers also threw a threat letter bearing the letter-head ‘Dolat-e-Khilafat-e-Islamiya.’
Attack aftermath: DSNG van attack case registered under Anti-Terrorism Act
Following the attack, a heavy contingent of police and rescue teams arrived on the scene. They cordoned the site and shifted the victims to Services Hospital.
Two of the injured were identified as Nasir and Abbas.
