Asked to bat first, Wapda were all out in 63.2 overs as fast-bowler Rahat claimed six wickets and Sadaf Hussain took two. Mohammad Abbas and Shoaib Ahmed bagged a wicket apiece. At the end of play, KRL were batting on 12-0 after five overs.

Visitors Hyderabad restricted Peshawar to 223 at the Arbab Niaz Stadium as Nasir Awais took five wickets and Sajjad Hussain claimed three. At stumps, Hyderabad were on 13-0 after three overs.

Meanwhile, 16 wickets fell in the Rawalpindi-Fata game at the Pindi Stadium. The hosts were first dismissed for 163 as Irfanullah Shah took four wickets while Asif Afridi and Razaullah Wazir claimed two each. However, Fata were in deeper trouble at the end of day’s play as they had lost a remarkable six wickets for just 34.
Karachi Whites were batting on 209-4 with Saad Ali (72) and Saud Shakeel (38) out in the middle, while NBP reached 265-5 after 72.3 overs with Umar Waheed (77) and Faheen Ashraf (39) unbeaten.
