Rs45m allocated for repair of city roads

Tareen says all-available resources were being used for the beautification of the district

MUZAFFARGARH:

Deputy Commissioner Amjad Shoaib Tareen has said Rs45 million has been allocated for repairing city roads to resolve traffic issues.

He expressed these views during his visit to different areas of the district to check the ongoing repair work.

Tareen said all-available resources were being used for the beautification of the district. He said public facilitation was the top priority of the provincial government and no negligence would be tolerated in this context.

He maintained that special focus would be given on beautification of the district. “Entry and exit points of the district would be made beautiful,” the DC said.

He said steps were underway for the renovation and beautification of roads.
