VIHARI: A murder convict was hanged in Vihari in the early hours of Saturday morning, Express News reported.

Manzoor Wasli was convicted for the murder of a police constable in 2001 during a clash in Sahiwal.

Security was high during the time of the hanging and unauthorised persons were allowed no access to the prison.
