LAHORE:

The management of Jamaat-i-Islami’s three-day convention at Minar-i-Pakistan said that they had caught six pickpockets at the venue. They handed over the suspects to Lorry Adda police station.

Some workers at the Shabab-i-Milli camp received information that there were some pickpockets at the camp.  Shabab-i-Milli camp workers searched the area for pickpockets and caught six of them red-handed. They informed the Lorry Adda police which arrived at the scene and arrested the suspects. The Shabab-i-Milli workers said that the men were also trying to kidnap children at the Minar-i-Pakistan. The police said they would file a case after getting a written application from the Jamaat-i-Islami workers.
