While briefing the media on Monday evening, Qadri said that he was leaving the country on an Emirates Airlines flight at 3.30am early Tuesday.
He said PAT’s strength was his workers who lived in foreign countries.
“PAT was dissolved in 2004, and we will reorganise it again,” he said.
He said PAT had entered the political arena to play the role of a real opposition, adding that a schedule of protests and sit-ins had already been announced.
“Reshuffling in the federal Cabinet is a result of our struggle of over 70 days in Islamabad,” he claimed.
The PAT chief censured the incumbent government, claiming that the United Kingdom was a "real democracy" as it did not subject the protesters of 'Kashmir Million March' in London to police brutality or blockades.
Qadri added that since there were reports of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif leaving for London, he had changed his schedule.
"I will not land in London because of Shahbaz Sharif,” he said. “Most of my time will be spent in the US.”

He just wants a reason to run off. He is a paid puppet of the West and he does not give a crap about Pakistan. IK is the one who is truly determined. TUQ sahab, please go to Canada, and "reorganize your party". We all know what the reality is!
End of PAT.
In the interest of openess it would be most desirable that Dr Qadri keeps us fully informed of his activities, especially of people he will meet, matters discussed, without disclosing details of future strategt of course. In a world of suspicions and betrayals it would enhance his status immensly if he were to take his followers in his confidence. He should not pose as a latter day Moses returning from the mountain ( USA to be precise) with some tablets in his hands.
So please keep us posted. A week is a long time in politics, said a British politician once. If he is going to acquire future funding we need to know its source. Any cloud of suspicion, and he will turn millions of hopes into smoke.
This man never does anything unless there is money involved somewhere. He got paid-off to take his entourage else where and that's exactly what he has done - 'to organize his party' - my foot. Why can't he do it while sitting there? when all the logistics are what he needs people outside Pakistan do not play a role in his 'inqilaab' neither are they interested.
From US he will sneak into Canada by car to meet his PR card residency requirements.
The upshot of the statements from TUQ means that Pakistanis who live in the West, in Christian countries, freedom of religion, in comfort, protection and safety.. from there they run the affairs of what goes on in Pakistan that all kinds of leaders have to go to foreign countries to consult about what is the next step that will take place in Pakistan. What hypocrites. No wonder people world over don't trust the loyalties of Pakistanis. And I am speaking from plenty of experience (32 years) living in the West.
