Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Wednesday announced that their sit-in will continue during Muharram, even as the fellow Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) protesters returned home.
Addressing supporters from his container, Imran said the PTI sit-in will continue in Muharram but the format will be changed with songs not to be played.
PAT on Tuesday had announced an end to their Islamabad sit-in and instead will hold protest rallies across the country. However, no rally will be staged during Muharram.
Imran expressed his gratitude and congratulated PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri for raising awareness among people. He also thanked Qadri and PAT supporters for guiding and supporting PTI when the government had launched crackdown against them in Islamabad on August 31.
Reiterating his resolve to continue sit-in, Imran said, “I will not leave until Nawaz Sharif resigns.”

You know what is immoral...immorality is when people continue supporting a government that continues to loot the pakistani people of their resources and wealth and promotes itself through nepotism and corruption. 2.) Imran is famous for his principles. Imran Khan Foundation, Namal College, Shaukhat Khanum...his track record far outshines anything than Nawaz or Zardari ever did.

@Sohrab Gilani: What is wrong with demonstrations in Muharram? It is not banned. We try to make up things in religion. That is our problem. Music is not banned in Muharram only, it is banned for life! As for IK, my personal observation on IK is that he has the least difference in what he says and does that is why I trust him and support him. One day he will turn out to be a true leader and then you will realize.
@Proud Pakistani: Prove it. Don't just blind fire in the air. IK is the most un-corrupt politician the Pakistani people have ever seen. Not a single person has been appointed on his behest. Not one rupee has he taken from KPK government. He stood up against corruption and you now label him corrupt. Thanks to your corrupt leaders.

After hearing the news of using govt. of KPK diesel and using the donations by him and other people for his personal use - one can only say "this person need to be sitting here till 2018 - he deserves this for his selfishness." This naya Pakistan is a way to fulfill his ambitions... and nothing else. Oh poor Pakistanis

will more people come in and sit in the entire day on PTI call? will IK himself is willing to sit-in for the whole day in container like TUQ? answer is no to both the question. fact of the matter is TUQ and his supporters were doing all efforts but IK was getting all benefits of his effort so TUQ thought that its better to work separately where no one else can enjoy fruit for his efforts.
Strong willed man. I hope he is successful. These corrupt people need to go.
