Crackdown: Seven arrested in search operation

PESHAWAR: As many as seven suspects were detained by the police during a search operation in the jurisdiction of Nasir Bagh police station on Thursday night. The operation was conducted on the directives of city police chief Ijaz Khan, under the supervision of SSP operation, Cantt SP Faisal Shehzad, Town DSP Asghar Marwat and Nasir Bagh SHO Haroon Jadoon. Heavy ammunition and a stolen vehicle were seized from the possession of the suspects identified as Wakeel, Khan Muhammad, Ibrahim, Abdul Jabbar, Imran Shah, Sifat Shah and Abdullah.
