Encouraging reading: Book Fair opens at LUMS

LAHORE: The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) organised a book fair at the academic block on Wednesday.

Twenty-six book sellers and publishers from all over Pakistan displayed books on politics, religion, science, art and fiction.

The fair was inaugurated by LUMS Vice Chancellor Sohail H Naqvi.

Tabish Sheikh, a BSc student, said, “Such activities should be held regularly to revive the habit of book reading.”

“This is a great opportunity to purchase all kinds of books. It will encourage students to read more,” said MBA student Asad Raza.
