The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) summoned the former inspector general Sindh as well as the current public prosecutor to investigate the murder conspiracy against the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to the FIA sources, the head of the inquiry committee has also dispatched summons to the Punjab Chief Minister’s Secretary and the Former additional Inspector General Special Branch. Both are expected to appear before the committee today.
Earlier, the FIA had summoned Punjab Chief Minister’s Secretary Tauqeer Shah about the leaking of the report on the conspiracy to murder the Lahore High Court Chief Justice, Khwaja Muhammad Sharif.
