Police has taken the suspect, Abdullah, into the custody on Thursday after detaining him on Wednesday.
The suspect had reportedly been injured when the prosecutor's guards reacted to firing by the attackers. The suspect had been admitted to the Quad-e-Azam hospital, and his companion fled soon after.
During questioning Abdullah allegedly admitted that he was involved in the attack on the FIA prosecutor. Police said they are further interrogating him and trying to nab his accomplice.
Chauhdry Zulfiqar was murdered on the May 3, 2013 in sector G-9, Islamabad. He was the FIA's main prosecutor on Benazir assassination case and the Mumbai attack case.

Well done Police,now arrest other involved as well with the hope that Judiciary shall punish them as well.
This guy has been framed with fake charges. He was injured during election campaign in May this year, after PTI supporter fired at him after a political quarrel.
Sooner or later any one who commit's crime is arrested by the law enforcing agency. I am sure that his accomplice will also be arrested in due course of time.
