Rangers raid house of Uzair Jan Baloch in Lyari

A heavy Rangers’ contingent – comprising around 300 personnel – conducted raids in Lyari.

KARACHI: As a part of the ongoing targeted operation in Karachi, Rangers personnel raided the house of Peoples Amn Committee leader Uzair Jan Baloch in Lyari, Express News reported on Saturday.

According to initial details, a heavy Rangers’ contingent – comprising around 300 personnel – conducted raids in Lyari.

The entry and exit points of the area were blocked during the operation.

Situation in the area turned tense following the recent raids, with many protesters taking to the streets. Tyres were reportedly burnt during the demonstrations and no routine business activities were witnessed.

Earlier in the day, few suspected militants were arrested from different parts of the city.

Now the criminal community and their apologists will suddenly remember Human Rights. These people need to learn to follow the rule of law, they have lived in the criminal umbrella for too long. Without PPP giving him protection, Uzair Baloch is nothing.

@Khan: ".....Karachi people are fed up and scared of Ransom, Extortion receipts, Kidnapping. Seriously business community is living under very distress in Karachi." . He can be treated as innocent despite acting as the Don of the Peace Lovers. His team is commissioned to perform some tasks, but by who?
