PML-N leader and former Punjab chief minister Shahbaz Sharif met BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal in Quetta on Wednesday, where both the parties agreed to form committees for seat adjustment.
Shahbaz, speaking to the media after the meeting, said that the seat adjustment will prove that it is not a matter of winning and losing seats, but of saving Balochistan.
Calling Balochistan the “heart of Pakistan”, Shahbaz urged all people in the province to participate in the elections so that their issues could be resolved. “By not taking part in elections, you will be giving way to your enemies who will hinder the restoration of peace,” he said.
Mengal also welcomed Shahbaz and said that his party will soon form a committee for seat adjustment.
Both the leaders discussed several political and social issues of Balochistan during the meeting.

It should not only be considered presumptuous but also pompous to attack anyone's educational level and that too based on personal perception and prejudice. ET should not censor genuine views expressed by any individual. Convincing counter-arguments versus arguments should be the only civilised norm.

Did anyone from PML(N) visited hazaras when they were being butchered? For seat adjustment they took the next flight out. That shows what & who they care most !
'PML N is a party that has representation in all 4 provinces' Haha! What a joke! PML(N) didnt have a single seat in Sindh assembly. In baluchistan, it had only 1 seat. Raiwand's party's strongholds in Punjab are in danger and you talk of the whole country? I appreciate your sense of humour though.
I know this is a little aside but it is really really sad that all these so-called Baloch leaders dont care at all for the poor Baloch people. Anybody who thinks these people are 'innocent' is completely ignorant. These are power hungry people, they are greedy and they care not how they get it. Their own people will never realize this until they get educated. In Balochistan, we need to develop infrastructure and schools. They so-called leaders will be kicked out when people realize the veil over their eyes.
Where were these Shareef brothers when Hazara community were being killed every day in Balochistan? They finally landed in Quetta now to gain some personal political benefits.

No Sir, this is no wisdom, maturity or humanity. This is dirt of Pakistan politics and reflection of our society. IK has tried to do something which I think we don’t deserve. We are not habitual of this much honesty in any walk of our lives. But if God has forgiven us and He thinks that we want to improve our situation then IK will come no matter what N league and their fans does. But if God thinks, we don’t deserve better just coz of our actions then my brother forget 2018… IK wont come in power in next 20 years…
Educated ppl like you need to be more rationale in their thinking.... give it a neutral thought of who u think is better for our country :)

Mengal govt. was sacked by NZ during their previous govt. and he still has not learnt the lesson. PML N wants to come in govt. and try to get it through any means. I wanted BNP to make adjustments with IK as there is better chance of situation improvement in Balouchistan with PTI in govt. PML N will do no different than what they did last time.
As IK says, let all status-quo get together, Allah Al-Haq hai. He will give us success inshAllah.

somehow i feel that PTI is always late.....i like Mengal sahib but is he innocent like other Baloch leaders who also are being killed and have lot for their tribemen out of their royalty
