"Shahrukh Jatoi will be brought back to Pakistan after completion of the required legal procedure," said Khan.
Son of Sikandar Jatoi, an influential person in Sindh, Shahrukh is wanted for his involvement in the gunning down of 20-year-old Shahzeb - over a small argument.
A police team was sent to the UAE after reports of Shahrukh fleeing there surfaced.
Siraj Talpur, the second prime suspect in the case, is currently in police custody and was identified by eyewitnesses today as the person who shot Shahzeb.
Five people were nominated in the FIR lodged in the case. Shahrukh is the fourth to be arrested, while his father is evading police custody and has chosen to appear before the court after being granted one-day protective bail.

Were being ruled by feudals... we r living in a feudal age.. if v dont stand up against them nothing will change. The change is within us. Not them..
@Jibran we don't now who killed that girl. In shahzeb's case the murderer shouted his name and fathers name infront of many witnesses and threatened to kill. Sad that u can't see the difference.
I have told my friends from day one that one of their guards will be made the scrape goat lets hope that does not happen.
No one is stronger than the bureaucracy of this country. For their kins, they will drag the culprits from another country within a matter of days. For common Pakistanis, the same DSPs won't even register an FIR. Clearly, a corrupt DSP used common people to fight his war, when he never fought a war for them despite being paid to protect and serve the common people.
To all folks jumping against the "feudals": Any pain or sorrow or regret, if not any social media mobilization, on the sad and tragic death of this innocent poor girl? Any calls for the justice for the weakest elements of our society, who don't have DSP parents? Our conscience is so shallow!

I think everyone is jumping the gun that justtice will be done..etc etc.
I have a feeling...nothing will be done. After all the 'investigations' one of the servants of the feudals will come forward and claim that he shot the victim on his own. Just like we had justice in the recent Bakery Case.
Hats off to CJ & ET in taking interest in this case! Hope this son of WADERA is hanged so as no FEUDAL has the courage to even think of these these heinous crimes. Sikander father of the MONSTER mentioned on Khanzadah TV program that after murdering he left for Australia. Like son like father! What upbringing this Sikander has given to his monster son.
Simply make him a lesson for every feudal!!!

I really hope the killers get the deserved punishment. I hope the rest of the influential people learn some lesson from this tragedy.
But I do want to mention that we should not be praising the CJ of Pakistan. He did nothing special. If he was really sincere about his job then he should have been doing something about the Shia genocide in Pakistan. Thousands of Shias are dying but no one gives a damn including the honorable chief justice of Pakistan. Insaaf karo to sab kay saath karo.
I wish the same happens for the murders that go unnoticed. I am glad that all the resources are being used to bring the culprits to justice. Yet, there are so many Shahzeb Khans who were murdered brutally by the vaderas/ feudal 'LORDS' and no one even noticed them.
Strange! Khaleej times/ Gulf News are disputing the fact that he is there. However, Pakistani media is saying the complete opposite.
Having looked at the other guy's shoes (the one who was hidden under a shawl by the police), I dont think that anyone is in custody or ever will be.
The arrest could be made possible only & only after the strict order of Supreme Court. How long can the Supreme Court order the bureaucracy/government to do its job with all fairness??

The case has drawn some attention, since the father of the deceased belongs to the establishment. Otherwise scores of persons are killed across the country on a daily basis; many cases remaining unreported, for the simple reason that our society does not value human life.
So many contradrictory news. Sharukh detained/not detained, in UAE/in Pakistan, asked blood money/didn't ask for the blood money...now there are news that Shahrukh is in USA...I mean...for God sake....
All eyes on this case! This case is very revolutionary as it has proven what could happen when a society rises against an evil. Would not leave until justice is given and the culprits are hanged! Well done nation, after a long time I have felt proud....

I read a denial by the Dubai police in gulfnews yesterday when a major media outlet in Pakistan was posting the same news piece. What are your sources ET?
