LAHORE: A total of 85 young players appeared in the trials for probables for the PHF Bahawalpur hockey academy at the Bahawalpur hockey stadium. A selection committee comprising Khalid Bashir and Muhammad Sarwar, Dilawar Hussain, Ahmed Alam and Rana Zaheer took the trials. “We have forwarded the names of deserving players to the Pakistan Hockey Federation,” said Bashir.
