Fata Unrest: Two killed in Tank, Wana

The police claimed the cause of the murder was personal enmity.

WANA/ TANK: Two people were killed in Tank district and South Waziristan Agency in separate incidents, officials said. “Azmat Khan was shot dead at Mohalla Mehzan,” an official of the Saddar Police Station in Tank told The Express Tribune. He said Muhammad Aslam, brother of the deceased, lodged an FIR at the Saddar Police Station, saying the killer escaped arrest. The police claimed the cause of the murder was personal enmity. Separately, a man named Muhammad Noor died in a motorcycle collision with a car on the Wana Bypass Road, an official of the political administration told The Express Tribune. Noor, a resident of Birmal sub-district in Wana subdivision of South Waziristan, was on his way to his medical store located in Wana Bazaar when the accident took place. Later on, his body was shifted to his native village of Angoor Adda.
