Facilitation: Zong launches SMS helpline

Zong says the service is completely automated and users can effortlessly access the required information through SMS.

KARACHI: Zong-China Mobile Pakistan has said that it has launched SMS helpline for the convenience of customers and the service will be accessible through text messages to helpline number 310. In a press release, Zong said the service is completely automated and users can effortlessly access the required information through SMS without having to wait for the customer service representative. Zong Director Customer Services Babar Bajwa said: “We believe that customer service is the strongest bond that can make a difference between winning and keeping a customer as per their convenience.
