LUMHS announces exams, rescheduling

HYDERABAD: Examinations for the second professional MBBS, 5th semester will begin from June 7, announced the Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) examinations additional controller.

The exams will be conducted at Liaquat University, Jamshoro, the Chandka Medical College in Larkana, the Peoples Medical College for Girls, Nawabshah and at the Ghulam Muhammad Maher Medical College in Sukkur.

The controller said that the exam schedule has already been circulated. However, he informed, the paper for Forensic Medicine and Toxicology has now been rescheduled and will be conducted on June 10, instead of June 14 while the General Pathology and Microbiology exam will be held on June 14, instead of June 10.

Meanwhile, exams of candidates in different disciplines of postgraduate studies at LUMHS will begin from June 9, announced the examination controller.

Students of MD General Medicine, MD Cardiology, MD Forensic Medicine, MD Paediatrics, MS General Surgery, MS Gynaecology and Obstetrics, MS Neurosurgery, MS Ophthalmology, MSc Community Medicine Dentistry and MSc Orthodontics will be tested during these exams.
