ISLAMABAD: An official of the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP), was demoted on Saturday for misbehaving with a woman. An ITP spokesperson said assistant sub-inspector Sikandar Hayat had been relegated to the rank of head constable after a woman lodged a complaint against him for which he was found guilty during the course of an enquiry.
He said Hayat misbehaved with the woman and threatened her. According to official requesting anonymity, Hayat had snatched the woman’s car keys and even tried to pull her out of the vehicle at Faisal Avenue Chowk.
