‘Honour’: Man strangles sister

BAHAWALPUR: A man strangled his sister in Allahabad village near Rahim Yar Khan on Friday night on the suspicion that she was having an affair with a man of the same village. Aashiq Hussain had the suspicion that his sister Bashiran Bibi had an affair with Sabir. He strangled her using her shawl on Friday night. Police visited the scene and took Bibi’s body to the hospital for a post-mortem examination. Police registered a case against Hussain.
