A five-day training workshop for principals of government colleges started at Iqbal Hall of Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) on Monday. Government College University Faisalabad, in collaboration with Punjab Higher Education Commission, has arranged the training workshop. Principals from all colleges across Faisalabad division participated in the workshop. GCUF Acting Vice-chancellor Muhammad Zubair inaugurated the workshop. Punjab Higher Education Commission Chairman Muhammad Nizamuddin participated in the workshop. He said that PHEC was working for providing better infrastructure and teaching staff for colleges. He said that teachers were being provided scholarships. “The PHEC is also providing financial assistance for organising conferences,” he said.
