At least five people were killed while three others wounded in different incidents in Swat district on Saturday. According to locals, four people were killed and three others wounded when a jeep plunged into a ravine at Gornai in Bahrain tehsil. “Muhammad Afzal, Fayaz Khan, Muslim Khan and Muhammad Raqique died on the spot while the wounded were rushed to Madyan Civil Hospital,” a local, Hayat Mohammad Kalami told The Express Tribune. In another incident, Majid Khan, 18, was stabbed to death by Zeeshan Khan in Charbagh tehsil. Manglore police station in charge Bakhtullah said the police rushed to the spot and arrested the accused after a search operation in the area.
