It was a big moment for PeeCee as she bagged the Favourite Actress In A New TV Series award for her lead role in Quantico, an American thriller TV show, which marked her foray as an international actress.

Overwhelmed after winning award, the actress was on a thanking spree. “I'd like to thank everyone who voted for Quantico. It is my first year in the US, and to come to another country and actually get this kind of acceptance is, I guess, what America is all about," she said.

During her speech, Stamos, who himself took home the trophy for Favorite Actor In A New TV Series for Grandfathered, interrupted the actress in a lighter vein, saying “It's just a two-hour show”. The two laughed it off and moved on to announcing other nominations.

The 33-year-old actress was presented the award by Hollywood star Vin Diesel, who will reportedly be working soon with Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone in upcoming XXX sequel. The shooting for the film is slated to start next month.
