Vacations over: Schools, colleges reopen today

LAHORE: Academic activities at public universities, colleges and schools will resume on Monday (today). Winter holidays had been announced in a notification issued by the government. Initially, education institutes had been closed between December 24 and December 31. Later, the government extended holidays till January 3. A spokesperson of the Punjab University told The Express Tribune classes would start on Monday. He said many students living in hostels had returned after the holidays.
