Her brother opened fire on her in the Main Shabqadar bazaar on Friday, injuring her critically

SSP Malir Javed Akbar Riaz says couple had run away from their homes a year ago

A tribal 'jirga' – which included the woman's first husband and his relatives – had sentenced the pair to death

Say the victims had refused to move to Afghanistan

Samia – a British-Pakistani beautician from Bradford – was raped and murdered in the name of honour

Faqeer Muhammad had shot dead his daughter and her alleged lover, Ghulam Abbas

It would be a miracle if the bill makes a difference in presence of mindset that encourages violence against women
