PESHAWAR: A division bench of Peshawar High Court has suspended the requirement for judges of lower courts to have two years’ experience. The petition has been transferred to another bench. During the hearing on Friday, Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth said should be transferred to another bench as he was member of the administrative committee so he could not hear it. Advocate Aminur Rahman, who represented the petitioner, said Friday was the last day for filing of applications. As a result, the petition should be heard soon otherwise interim relief should be given to the petitioner. However, Justice Seth said applicants could be included in the examination on court order.
