Govt Residences : FGEHF board green lights F-12 scheme

ISLAMABAD: The board of directors of the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has approved the rehabilitation of Sector G-13. Along with approving a PC-1 for the rehabilitation on Tuesday, the executive board also green lit cancellation of plots on account of default of payments in sectors G-13, G-14 and C-type apartments, according to a senior official. FGEHF has also decided to launch various housing schemes a joint venture with the private sector. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of secretary housing and works. The board also approved launching a housing scheme in Sector F-12, in line with the prime minister’s approval of the same in 2005. The executive board also directed the settlement of all outstanding issues related to Green Tree over the Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme within 15 days.
