ISLAMABAD: An accountability court on Tuesday fixed November 19 as the date for indictment of former premier Raja Pervez Ashraf and others in the Samundri and Naudero-II rental power projects. Judge Nisar Baig fixed the date for indictment after the copies of references were supplied to all the suspects in the case. The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed a reference against the Pakistan Peoples Party leader in the rental power projects scam. NAB has accused Ashraf and 12 others of misuse of power, violation of laws and awarding illegal contracts. The case will be taken up on November 19.
