KARACHI: The rumour mill has been high on grist that Kareena Kapoor Khan is soon to appear in our very own Shoaib Mansoor’s next film. On the differing news making the rounds, Shoaib told The Express Tribune he’d like to remain mum for now.

“I wouldn’t like to comment or elaborate on these rumours for now,” said the director of Bol fame, clarifying that he has “not spoken to any publication” regarding the status of and casting for his upcoming movie. But a close friend of the Khuda Kay Liye helmsman confirmed the news about him having approached Kareena for the stint. “As far as I know, he has only pitched the movie to her so far,” said the source.

Conjecture brewed after Kareena expressed her admiration for Shoaib’s works, which was followed by news that the filmmaker has approached the Bollywood star for an upcoming project. Numerous Indian publications have reported conflicting statements, even stating that Kareena met Shoaib in Dubai for a formal script narration.

Kareena to star in Shoaib Mansoor’s next

“Although Kareena has verbally accepted the offer, she wants to hear the script. After that, she will sign the deal,” DNA India quoted a source as saying. “For a while now, she has been keeping an eye out for projects that will allow her to push the envelope and [she] believes that Shoaib’s story is one of them.”

According to the Times of India, Bebo is yet to sign the Pakistani film. Be that as it may, if the said deal materialises, this will be the first time a Bollywood A-lister would be seen in a local film. Previously, veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah had played a special role in Shoaib’s 2007 film Khuda Kay Liye.

No reason to hide behind imaginative conspiracy to balm your bruised ego, truth hurts we know. One must First compete and win in world beauty pagents to claim world beauty. Mere chest beating we are best won't work. India has second most beauty tittles after VENEZUELA -miss world, miss World + miss universe combined, while your record is zero. Grow confidence to compete first. Indians have also topped world's most beautiful woman list -Aishwarya beating hollywood actress on list. All 9 world beauties/most beautiful woman, actress feature together in loreal advertisement, "a" chinese, French, american, etc...not 1 but "3" indians in it. didn't see your countrymen. It's time for frog to come out of well and see reality.
