International Competition: KU students grab first two positions
The contest was open to all students of architectural schools from all over Pakistan
KARACHI:
University of Karachi (KU) students from visual studies department won the first two positions in an international design competition for low-cost housing scheme designs. The first position was shared between Burhan Karim and Syed Muahid Hussain while Aroosa Mushta secured the second position. The winners won a sponsored trip to Thailand and the runner-up won $500 in cash. The contest was open to all students of architectural schools from all over Pakistan and the entries were accepted between March and April, 2015.
