Non-Compliance: CCPO directed to attach SHO’s salary

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge directed the CCPO on Monday to attach the Samanabad SHO’s salary for not complying with court orders. On June 27, the court had ordered him to record statement of a petitioner seeking action against some people for defrauding him. The SHO had not recorded the statement. The petitioner had then filed a petition seeking compliance of the court order. The judge had sought comments from the SHO on July 17 but he did not appear before the court.
