A police official, Sajid Khan, who was injured in a militant attack passed away at Lady Reading Hospital in Peshawar on Tuesday
The attack on a police van in Dalazak area left four officials injured; Sajid was one of them. However, two others were still undergoing treatment while the remaining one was discharged. The attack was claimed by Taliban’s splinter group Jamaatul Ahrar.
On the other hand, an improvised explosive device planted by unidentified militants went off in front of a house in Shahbaz Khan Korona area in Shabqadar.
