Public and private universities in Lahore have announced admissions to bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes following the announcement of intermediate examination results.


The institutions include the Punjab University (PU), the Government College University (GCU), the Forman Christian (FC) College, the Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) and the University of Engineering and Technology (UET).

The PU has announced that marks of O- and A-level students, applying for any academic programme, will not be deducted from this year. Admission forms are available at PU undergraduate and graduate departments. The last date for the submission of forms is September 19.

The GCU has announced that test and interview dates for its MA/MSc programmes could viewed at its website.  At the LCWU, the last date for the submission of forms to BS, MS and PhD programmes is September 16; the admission test would be conducted from September 21. The admission schedule is available on the varsity’s website.

The University of Health Sciences (UHS), which also conducts admission tests for its affiliated medical colleges across the province, has announced that it will conduct the entrance test for admission to postgraduate courses for the 2015-16 session from September 17.

Saqib | 8 years ago | Reply Every student tries to get admission in LUMS or Government College Lahore.When they fail to get admission in any of these institutes they approach other universities.
