The report by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and the Stimson Center states Pakistan is rapidly expanding its nuclear capabilities owing to a fear of India.

However, Pakistan rejected the report as 'utterly baseless', adding that Pakistan's policy is characterised by the utmost restraint and responsibility.

Rabia | 8 years ago | Reply Hence proved that Pakistan is an active participant in the Nuclear Security Summit process and works closely with the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Office of Nuclear Security to promote best security practices. The initiatives taken by Pakistan to provide foolproof security to its nuclear assets shows the country’s strong commitment, capability, and credibility to be a responsible nuclear state.
