Crackdown : Twenty two held for wheeling

The police registered cases against them and their motorcycles were also impounded

The Rawalpindi police launched a crackdown and arrested 22 youngsters for wheeling on Benazir Bhutto Road on Thursday night. The Waris Khan police arrested Danish, Umar, Ahmed Satti, Usman, Shafat, Rameez, Haroon, Ali Haider, Bilal, Dawood and Raja Kamran at Committee Chowk. The New Town police arrested Arslan, Umar, Muhammad Attiq, Tahir Mehmood, Yasir, Faheem and Abdul Nasir at Chandi Chowk. The Cantt police arrested Najam and Arslan at KFC Chowk. The police registered cases against them and their motorcycles were also impounded. Further investigation is under way.
