The marks on your skin are not solely caused by oily food or pollution but the following factors may affect your complexion as well.

If you constantly wear glasses, there is a likely hood of dirt and stains quickly collecting on the frames and nose piece. These easily transfer on your skin and cause excessive acne.

2. Your cellphone: PHOTO: MARABOO




Your mobile contains large amounts of bacteria and germs because it is frequently used. Therefore, every time you use it to talk, you transfer a large amount of bacteria on to your face. So make sure you clean your phone daily in order to avoid spots on your face.

Dead cells from your face end up on your bed and pillowcases. If you use your sheets for days without changing them, they can cause the bacteria to transfer on your face. Don't forget to regularly wash your pillowcases.

Spending a large amount of time indoors, especially in an air conditioned room could adversely affect your skin. The AC takes away moisture from your skin leaving it dry.
