LAHORE:

An additional district and sessions judge directed the North Cantt SHO on Saturday to record the version of a petitioner seeking a case against unidentified people who have been allegedly threatening to kill him.

Petitioner Major (retd) Muhammad Ayub said that he was employed as a security manager for a security consultancy firm in Hangu. He said that after his family received death threats, he had shifted to Lahore. A few weeks ago, some unidentified men visited his house.

They threatened to kill his family and fled. He said that he went to the police to file a complaint but the SHO refused to register a case. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register a case against unidentified persons.
