Pakistan flag waved once again at Huriyat rally in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: A Huriyat spokesperson Yasin Malik on Friday was arrested for waving the Pakistani flag at Kashmiri leader Shabir Shah's rally in Srinagar, Express News reported.

As the rally commenced in Anantang, the Pakistani flag was waved after which Malik was taken into custody along with many of his supporters.

Just last month, Huriyat leader Masarat Alam waved the Pakistani flag to greet Kashmiri separatist Syed Ali Shah Geelani at a rally in Srinagar.

Kashmiri leaders had organised the rally against the atrocities of the Indian state in Kashmir.

In previous rallies, Indian media reported that pro-Pakistan slogans were allegedly chanted after which India reacted furiously.

Earlier in March, an FIR was registered against Kashmiri leader Asiya Andrabi for unfurling the Pakistani national flag on March 23 in Srinagar. She was booked under the ‘Unlawful Activities Prevention Act’.

That is why you don't hear of any rallies for 'Azadi' or incidents of Indian flag waving in Azad Kashmir, unlike the Indian occupied part of Kashmir where there is a rally every other day demanding 'Azadi' from Indian occupation.

You break the law and you will be dealt accordingly. I am not an Indian nor a Pakistani......just my view

Independence, with Pakistan or with India. I am 100 percent sure that except the 800,000 brutal Indian force, the rest will got for Pakistan.

Just wait and see - truth always wins in the end, the struggle, the sacrifices of Kasmiri people will never go unanswered. At the moment you feel invincible (falsely), but you are going to get a taste of your own medicine not so distant in future. Leave Kashmir and Kashmiri people alone. Thank you. A Pakistani.
